Couples Counselling and Family Therapy
French novelist, George Sand, once said, “There is only one happiness in life, to love and be loved.” And yet, for many of us, that happiness can be elusive. Even if you are lucky enough to find a partner or to be born into a loving family, it’s not always easy to feel loved forever. Sometimes, we don’t even feel like we deserve it.
Welling Centre has a psychologist on staff that specializes in couples counselling, family therapy and relationship and communication issues.
Meet Daisy Grossi. To learn more about her approach to therapy, read her profile below.
DAISY GROSSI, BA, MCP
Daisy Grossi is a very warm and empathic therapist with a passion for healing relationships and restoring good communication. She also loves to help couples and family members to find their inner power and self-worth. As Daisy says, “Understanding how your core values and beliefs impact aspects of your relationships and overall fulfillment can give you, your partner, or your family the power to overcome these struggles. Through awareness of your power to change the meaning you give to events, you can become free from limiting beliefs.”
Daisy uses a number of modalities to accomplish these ends such as cognitive behavioral therapy, couples therapy (certified in Gottman Method), family therapy, mindfulness-based therapies, and trauma work, when needed.
Daisy is a Registered Psychologist with several years of experience in helping individuals, couples, and families find the love they deserve and the ability to realize it.
