Shari Arial was drawn to Trauma-Informed Yoga with the desire to help others learn tools to support their mental wellness. Shari’s lighthearted approach creates a supportive space for self-inquiry and self-care while addressing the deeper issues people face.
Shari’s training background is unique and specific to offering Trauma-Informed Yoga, including Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy which combines yoga with elements of contemporary mind-body psychology, trauma-informed practices and consideration of body complaints. She is also a Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher through Transcending Sexual Trauma Through Yoga and holds PTSD Trauma-Informed Yoga and 200 Hour Teacher Trainings. Shari also assists with teacher trainings and collaborates with other mental health professionals focusing on Trauma-Informed care.
