Everyone can be creative! In this 2 hour workshop, you will experience a short Trauma-informed meditation and explore self-expression through creating Mandala art. Therapeutic art processes can be helpful to reduce stress, overcome limiting thoughts and create new healthy coping habits.
All art materials and yoga props will be supplied at a introductory investment of $50.
