ABOUT OUR HOLISTIC HEALTH CLINIC

We all have a need to stay balanced, to grow, and to feel whole. When we don’t attend to this need, we do not feel well. This can manifest as physical illness or psychological distress. The resources we need to stay balanced, to grow, and to feel whole are within each of us, but sometimes we have trouble finding them on our own.

At Welling Centre, our goal is to help you to discover the hidden resources that would allow you to find your source of wellness once again. We offer psychological and other mental health services, massage, homeopathy, yoga, and much more.

Psychology

Our therapists include Registered Psychologists, as well as low-cost counsellors, and low-cost Masters-level therapy students under the supervision of a Registered Psychologist. Depending on who you choose, you can find help for individuals, couples, families, adolescents or children. Each counsellor has his or her own specialization, but one thing we all have in common is that we want to help you find your source of wellness. Homeopathy

Homeopathy is the practice of treating each individual seperately with the goal of stimlulating their own healing abilities. This is done by selecting the most appropriate medicine as applies to the individual being treated. The medicine comes from nature and works with nature and is focused entirely on you – what makes you sick, what makes you worse and what makes you better!

Yoga

Welling Centre is proud to offer free monthly Trauma-Informed Yoga sessions. Join us on the first Sunday of every month for an evidence-based practice using gentle movement, natural breathing techniques and interoception (the feeling of being you). The focus is on empowering, invitational language using choice as a guide to emphasize self-awareness and self-regulation.

Our studio is conveniently located on the southside of Edmonton just off 109 st and 65 ave. Come join us for a class!

Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy is a passive path to wellness: an opportunity to feel better by lying still while a therapist fosters healing in your tissues. Our massage therapist is dedicated to helping you find permanent relief by treating underlying postural dysfunction as well as your symptoms. All massage therapy sessions are performed slowly & rhythmically to calm the nervous system and bring relief from anxiety.
